Expressive arts therapy uses play and arts (including music, dance, drama, visual arts, & creative writing) to help you safely examine your inner self, release emotions and stress, transform and heal. Soulwell Expressive Arts Therapy provides professional art psychotherapy that are friendly, safe, and reasonably priced. Let us take good care of our hearts and truly live.

Therapeutic Approach

Expressive Arts Therapy

  • Through the low-skill arts and play experiential,  Expressive Arts Therapy helps you to feel relax and playful whilst gently exploring your inner world, heal, and transform emotions.

Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) approach

  • The therapist will observe your here and now body-mind conditions and propose options for you . You can feel free to choose what suits you best and set fourth for self-exploration.

Mindfulness

  • You will learn about Mindfulness and other mental health information during the therapy; you shall feel more confident in taking care of your own well-being after the therapy.

Before
