Liz is a Registered Art (Expressive Arts) Therapist and a professional yoga teacher. She has been practicing Mindfulness for 14 years. Liz integrates Mind-body therapy (eg. yoga therapy, body & emotion awareness, mindfulness) and arts (including: drawing, drama, dance, music, creative writing) into her service. Her specialty includes: SEN-related stress and emotional disturbances, promoting self-esteem, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, promoting parent-child relationship, and complex trauma.

In 2022, she received funding from the SIE Fund for the " ArtsConnect " project to provide 132hrs of on-site Expressive Arts Therapy services for 72 nos. of students with autism or from low-income families for promoting social skills, confidence, empathy, and school inclusion. She has participated in several research studies with Tung Wah College on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for children. Her main service populations are Primary and Secondary schools students, students with SEN, person with intellectual disabilities, elderly with dementia ( See Serviced Organizations ).
