Liz is a Registered Art (Expressive Arts) Therapist and a professional yoga teacher. She has been practicing Mindfulness for 14 years. Liz is good at integrating Arts, Mindfulness, and Mind-body therapy in her service. In early 2019, she founded the The Rising Sun Mindfulness Studio for mindfulness teaching,  art and yoga courses. In 2022, she received funding from the SIE Fund for the " ArtsConnect " project to provide Expressive Arts Therapy services in schools for students with autism or from low-income families for School Inclusion. She has participated in several research studies with Tung Wah College on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for children. Her main service populations are Primary and Secondary schools students, students with SEN, person with intellectual disabilities, elderly with dementia ( See Serviced Organizations ).
